You can create a D-Sports account by downloading our app from the App Store or Google Play, or by visiting app.d-sports.org. Click 'Sign Up' and follow the registration process. You'll need to provide your email address and create a password.

To reset your password, go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours for security purposes.

Navigate to the Shop section in the app, browse available collectibles, and select the items you want to purchase. You can pay using your connected wallet or supported payment methods. All purchases are recorded on the blockchain for authenticity.

Leaderboard rankings are based on points earned through various activities: attending events, purchasing collectibles, engaging with the community, and completing achievements. Rankings reset seasonally, with top performers receiving exclusive rewards.

Your D-Sports wallet is custodial by default: D-Sports generates your recovery phrase and private key on the server and stores them encrypted with AES-256-GCM, using a key derived through PBKDF2 with 100,000 iterations and a unique salt per wallet. Revealing your recovery phrase or signing a transaction requires your 6-digit PIN, verified server-side. You can also link an external Web3 wallet, whose keys D-Sports never holds.

Yes, you can transfer your digital collectibles to any compatible wallet. Go to your Wallet, select the collectible you want to transfer, and click 'Transfer'. Enter the recipient's wallet address and confirm the transaction.
